FAQs

We currently are shipping to the United States and Canada but will be expanding to other countries soon - so stay tuned!

US orders: 4-10 business days

Canada orders: 4-14 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your items have shipped. 

Absolutely! All customers will receive tracking details once order has shipped.

Please note we do not offer refunds at this time, exchanges only.

If you ordered the wrong size or in the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at hello@highvibin.com. Please include photos of the item’s damage and we will gladly exchange your item.

At this time we cannot say which items will be restocked or when they will be. Be on the lookout for restock updates on our social media (see the footer here on our website for links)! 

We do not offer price adjustment on promotions.
